My exes roommates straight up told me how they're scamming the government. He lives with a couple and they're daughter. The mom went to welfare and told them that her and her bf split up and that she's now a single parent. They then changed the boyfriends address to his moms so it looks like he moved out, when in all reality they're still together and living together they just want money. So now they're getting $900 a month from welfare plus her baby bonus is going up $300.  Am I out of place to report them? I feel like what they're doing is not only fraud but morally wrong and is taking away from people who need the money more.
