Recommend a good acne medication?

Anyone on an oral prescription of acne meds that work the best?

Best to ask your doctor. Not every acne problem is caused by the same thing, and it's always better to consult a doctor when considering medication so that you can discuss the side effects as well.

Saying that, I really believe in holistic/herbal medication that treat the body holistically, especially when it comes to skin conditions. Also, do a bit of experimentation yourself and keep a food diary to isolate any allergies or food triggers. I also used to write down stress levels and any other factors which could be a triggers such as weather conditions, detergents, skincare regime.

If you can find an underlying cause, this will always be more ideal than medication.

Just read an article about acne in teenagers and it said drinking full fat milk is very helpful!  Just wanted to pass it on!
