Ovulation pain?
So according to the app I'm on cycle day 11 now. But for the past two days I have been having pain in my right lower back- flank pain (I guess) I'm also cramping similar to right before my period starts.
Anyone experienced this before? I've noticed these flank pains before but never really put two and two together? But this month I rly feel it for some reason?
Anyone know what this could be? Not ttc but like to stay in tuned with body.
