Woke up with a fat lip

I just woke up and my face at first felt swollen, I figured I just slept on it the wrong way, but when I looked in the mirror, my whole upper lip is swelled up! There's no irritation or pain I'm just besides myself right now because I will not leave the house like this!! Does anyone know what it could be???
