Anyone have Chicco Playard?

My husband loves the Chicco products so we registered for the playard with the changing table and infant sleeper but looks like there is no safety belt in the sleeper. Does anyone have this playard? Am I just missing the belt? Trying to decide if we need to switch to Graco.
