Freaking out!!

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and went to pee about 30 minutes ago. I had to go pee again about 5 minutes ago and haven't been able to get up since I came back in. I keep peeing!! And it's clear it doesn't look like my pee but my bladder feels full and then I pee and clear liquid comes out. Is this normal?? I'm freaking out my doctor is closed and my only option would be the ER but idk if it's something I should go in for
