Spotting?

So I'm supposed to start my period in a couple of days. Today I thought it was my period starting early. When I wiped there was light pink blood with a tiny piece of dark colored tissue. I wore a pad and at the end of the day there was only small brown/yellow  discharge and that was it. The past week I've been super tired, sensitive to hot weather, really dizzy like the room is swaying, sore breasts, one nipple is a little bigger than the other, I've been super moody, constipated a little, and not really hungry. My husband and I have been trying to conceive. I took a test 2 days so and it was negative but I know it's probably too early.
