Holy Mother of Hip Pain, Batman!! 😖
All day today I have had excruciating pain in my lower back, down through my right hip, and allll the way to my feet. My body has been achy in all of my joints for a couple days, but today it got rough. I work at a place where I regualarly lift 100+ pounds, so I'm a little miserable to say the least. 😅
Anyone have any quick cures? I probably need to see a chiropractor, but if any of you have a way to pop your lower back/hip I am more than willing to try. 😁
