file my pointy teeth?

after a argument with a ex guy he called me about my teeth, which was a petty insult but now the more I look the more I realise. I have tiny teeth, that's why I hate smiling, because i have such small teeth and anyway.. I used to have fangs but then moved down.. So they are beside my other teeth but have a point.. Dentists in the UK, will they file them down for me or any other treatments ? How much would this cost ect ...
