Cramps
Hey ladies, I get the most God awful cramps does anyone have any suggestions for relief. I've used midol but I have to take2-4pills depending on my cramps for any relief. When I use a hot pad it has to be so hot that I actually burn myself. If anyone has some tips if appreciate it so much.
