Help me! I feel like S%*#!
Morning sickness? More like all day sickness! I usually eat very clean and unprocessed & workout 5-6 times a week. This past week, nausea has hit me so hard, I could only exercise twice, and the only thing I felt I could stomach was carbs and starchy foods-stuff I usually never eat! Toast, rice, French fries, ice cream! The exercise I'm not too worried about, but I feel like for the health of both the baby and I, I have to eat well. Is there any snacks that were soothing to your stomach, but still healthy?
