Sea salt for migraines

⚪Hula👶👶👶 • left glow for a break. I may come back as some point but for now its taking too much of my time

Does it have to be pink Himalayan sea salt? I have white sea salt..

My friend told me to take the pink stuff but I have 3 bottles of it (got on clearance) so I don't want to go out and buy pink until I'm done the white unless I have to..

I took one tsp of it just now to try and help it go away
