How many of you have gotten pregnant after having sex 1 time in your fertile week?

I've had sex once during my fertile week, I think it was right in the middle of that week. I don't use OPKS I just go off my CM. I've felt sick for a week on and off nautious, very sore throat and eating guacamole and avacados alot. I'm not saying it's symptoms but this is not usual for me..I probably am just sick 😂

I had sex one time the whole month and ended up pregnant.
