How easy is it to bounce back after baby?

Took me 6 months or so to get back to under pre pregnancy weight. I eat good during the week... It's easier being back at work for me and on weekends I eat what I want. My motivation was my wedding in a few months 👍🏻

Took me 18 months to be 5kgs less than pre
Pregnancy weight. But I had a knee op when I was about 7 months pregnant, on crutches for 6 weeks and told I couldn't do any high impact exercise like running etc for 12 months after my op. Plus I'm lazy AF.

It depends on a lot of factors:
Your metabolism,  activity level pre and post pregnancy,  weight gain during pregnancy,  your diet pre and post pregnancy, etc.

I def think it depends.  I'm hoping it will be fairly easy but went know for a while.  However my friend had a baby over a month ago and still is struggling.  She separated her pelvis during delivery and still can't sleep in her side or move very easily

If you mean weight wise I'm 4 months postpartum and still have to lose about 15lbs ☹️

I lost 35lbs almost right away without even trying. The last 10lbs I never really lost. Pre baby I was 125 and post baby I jumped between 130-135 for a year before getting pregnant again.
