Does size matter?

Have you had amazing sex with someone that has an average to small dick size?? I'm a firm believer that size doesn't matter. It's not about the size of the boat, it's about the motion of the ocean. Who agrees with me?? I think that guys that are blessed downstairs take it for granted and don't really know how to use it properly. Average sized men take consideration of their size and make up for it with skill.
