Pregnant or period?

So I'm kind of with this guy he's like a friend's with benefits and we've been using condom sometimes and sometimes just pulling out, and I'm freaking out because I've been cramping, I spotted a little, and been feeling fatigue, acne on my back and chest and I never get acne there and this app says I'm 5days late should I wait until the end of the week or get tested? I'm freaking out I feel like it's my period but I'm not sure.
