Periods are late
So girls, I've had an irregular cycle for almost as long as ot first started. But the late periods started by the end of high school. Now I'm almost 20. And my periods are late again this month.
I've went to the doctor a month ago and she said there was nothing to worry.
I also have a sexually active life these last months but we always use protection (condom) and he also ejaculates outside of me (even tho we use protection I don't want him to ejaculate inside the condom when he's inside me).
I have anxiety and panic attacks quite often and also don't do any physical activities at all.
I don't want to start the pill but apparently I have no choice. Any recommendations?
