Generic Screening & Anxiety

I had my genetic screening blood tests recently and they said the doctor would only call if something was wrong. Well, today I got a call to go into the doctors on Thursday, and I'm fully freaking out about it. We've already suffered a MC, I cant survive a second loss and if theres something wrong with this baby I wont cope. It could well be the fact that I did get a UTI and he'd like to discuss that (the receptionist said it was nothing "really bad") but as someone who suffers acute panic/anxiety attacks this is sending me into a spiral! How do I keep calm for two whole days after this? 😭
