I give my baby a bath every evening and a wipe down with a washcloth every morning before getting dressed. She sits in poop and pee all day... I mean, I change her whenever she's wet, but still, a wipe doesn't clean enough to leave her without a bath in my opinion. Just water though- I've only started using soap on her hands recently and she's putting them in her mouth a lot.

They gave him a bath at the hospital and washed his hair . I only gave him a bath once so far and washed his hair twice. My family says I'm not suppose to bath him he can get sick so I stopped bathing him .

Yes but I accidentally hit no. 
My baby got a bath at the hospital by the midwifes so they could show us how to do it. 
No lotions or soap, just a gentle wash cloth. 
They get their bums and faces wiped a million times a day so don't need a bath everyday.
