Safety 1st Deluxe Healthcare & Grooming kit

Any mommies out there think a healthcare and grooming kit is a waste of money? $20 and includes things like; brush, comb nasal aspirator, medicine dispenser, thermometer ect.... Looks like I'm not having a baby shower and I have 5 weeks left until due date. Was the kit helpful? Did you use everything in it? If I get the kit I still feel like I'm going to spend more money on top of it because I would like a better thermometer like for the ear, or one I can use on his forehead. I just want opinions 😊
