Naturally, I'm much more mature for my age. I'm 13 and everyone says I look or act 15 (sometimes 16). My mother was the same way, so I got it from her. Since my first period was when I was 11, my body matured much faster than my friends. Obviously I kind of have to please myself but it seems like it's almost frowned upon. I'm still getting comfortable with touching myself and fingering, even though I know it's okay. I'm not sure what to do since it's not enough sometimes it's not enough. When I was your age I was exactly the same, I'm now 20 and understand everything you have gone through. 
The things that helped me the most reading about it, my mum gave me a book all about the birds and the bees, I read articles on people's opinions and polls. I read up about prositution and porn and other forms of sexual acts. You start to create your own opinion after a while and forget what other people think because you know what suits you and your body best. Listen to your body is my number one rule. 
And at the age of 15 I brought my first vibrator online it Helped a lot for exploring
