Weird Tips
So I am 21, 5'11 and weigh around 190. I used to weigh around 155 in high school (yay volleyball!) but when I got married May of 2015 I quickly put on a lot of weight. I recently have lost some but gained it back. I also think I might have hypothyroidism and I'm going to get it checked out in a few weeks. Anyhow my question is, have you guys ever found a weird tip or trick that works for weight loss? I work out for 60+ minutes 6 days a week and generally eat healthy (mainly sticking with the Daniel Fast guidelines). Any help?? Thanks!
