Sad news today..😔

So today I had an HSG test. Results are one tube completely blocked and the other tube is abnormal, if I did get pregnant it would lead to an ectopic pregnancy. Ivf is our only choice😭 I called my insurance and it covers 100% of it so that's the good news and I'm really happy about. First appointment with shady grove is July 18 to start this process. Any tips or related story's?
