Bv help!

I have had bacterial vaginosis twice in the last few months and just finished up a round of antibiotics for it last week but I'm pretty sure it's back... Again! Does anyone have any tips or anything to help? I don't wanna be on antibiotics forever, especially if there's something I can do to keep it away. Help!
