Question for those who have had a miscarriage

I have had three miscarriages and am now 24 weeks with my rainbow baby! I'm afraid of labor and delivery and I'm wondering how similar contractions will feel to the contractions I had when miscarrying. Is there anyone who has experienced both and can compare the two? My first miscarriage was at 6 weeks so it was more like a heavy period. The second was natural at 13 weeks and it was quite painful. The third was at 9 weeks. They gave me a medication to essentially induce labor and that was really painful. Is full term labor way worse?
