What would you do girls?

This might be long and I know you should do what you want and not what others say, and I will do that but I just wanted other peoples opinions. I'll cut to the chase, there's only 1 ever guy I've loved and that was my ex, we split up 9 months ago.. we didn't end on that bad terms, he just ended it. I've not had a boyfriend since and neither has he a proper gf. We've spoke many times since and he's been a dick and he's been alright. We was supposed to meet many times but I never did. He's never opened up to me about how he felt since the other day, we got into a conversation and he said ' I do miss you and I regret ever ending with you' ' all these other girls have nothing on you ' I think about you, he's trying so hard to get me on a date with him. We've never opened up to eachother untill now.. Even though we split up, would you go for it? Another chance? We was both crazy for eachother and cannot really forget about one another. I swore I'd never see him again, but im always thinking about him and thinking ' what if' .. would you carry on Moving on and leave him or would you take the chance for the last time to know if you was right for eachother ??
