PCOS Question; TMI

So I have pcos and have had the syndrome since I started my periods as a preteen. I've been on metformin off and on. I only have a few of the symptoms of pcos, lack of periods, annovulation, and cysts in the ovaries. I missed last months period and have yet to start this month's. eve says I'm at the tail end of my fertile week. Which doesn't really mean anything to me as I hardly ovulate. Anyway, I came across this cervical mucous today and was wondering what you guys think. Is this, infact, fertile mucous? Is it too thick to be fertile, although it's stretchy? Thoughts and expirience  would be greatly appreciated.
