How early can nausea start?

How early can nausea start in pregnancy? Two weeks ago I had my period, then when I ovulated we had intercourse. I spotted two days ago (three weeks after my last period, over a week away until my next period) I had mild cramping. Then sharp pains. Now headaches, dizziness and nausea. I'm honestly hoping I am!! TTC for a year.
