5 weeks 1 day and an empty sack? Would love input!

Hey gals!

Just got back from the Gyno, who doesn't seem concerned at all, as I am still really early - but did mention that we would monitor me for any signs of a 'missed miscarriage'. Of course now I'm wondering if anyone else still just had an empty sack in their uterus at 5weeks 1day? Am I jumping the gun in being concerned? This is my first pregnancy, so I'm still learning ;).

I'm going to call and get my HCG levels tomorrow, but meantime - I figured I would ask. I have my next sonogram on the 30th... I can hardly stand the wait.

5 weeks 2 days didnt see anything 
And then the other was 6 weeks 2 days and you definatley see a baby 
Alot happens in just a week

I had an empty sac at this point when I went for a private scan (I thought I was further along) ...was advised to go back 2 weeks later but was too worried too. Went for my NHS scan yesterday 12 weeks 2 days and baby was in there. This is very common and far too early to see anything...hope all goes well x

At 5 weeks my sac was empty was told to come back 2 weeks later, Yesterday I had a scan at 7 weeks but been told I'm actually 7 weeks 3 days

My doctor doesn't even do an ultrasound until 12 weeks. My previous doctor was 10 weeks. Don't panic just yet.

I had my second ultrasound today and only saw a yolk sac. They said I'm 6-6 1/2 weeks a long and that it may still be too early to see anything else. I got back on the 30th for a 3rd ultrasound to make sure everything is developing the way it should. Waiting 2 weeks is going to be extremely hard! Try not to stress and worry even though I know that's almost impossible

I think it's common until you're between 6-7 weeks. Probably more common for there to be an empty sac at that stage than one with a lil bean in it. Good luck and will keep you in my thoughts. I know to wait to make sure everything is ok. It's excruciating.

Oh yes my 1st ultrasound with my 1st child I was 5.5 weeks and they couldn't see anything just to tiny to pick up but when I went back at 7 weeks there was a tiny little bean.. so.i wouldn't worry
