Self inducing?

Have any of you mommas  tried to self induce and actually worked? If so what did you do? How soon after did you go to L&D and how far along were you? I'm 39 weeks btw

Please don't use castor oil for the sake of your babies life. Just try tons of walking, light exercise, bouncing gently on a ball, walking up and down the stairs, eat a lot of pineapple and spicy food. You can dance too if you want. And of course drink tons and tons of water

My friend did via acupuncture and went into labor with 24 hours, but she was 39 weeks, she did it to avoid being induced at the hospital and it worked for her.

I haven't personally but my sister did... We did the Castro oil and orange juice she went in labor 3 hours later she was 39 weeks
