Landlord issues.

So we signed our lease in November, for a year, and our landlord decided this month that we have to move out in July 😒😒😒 I'm not stressing or anything but boy oh boy am I fucking livid. He's known for quite some time that I'm pregnant, he knew when I was due, and he waited until now to tell us he wants us to leave. Specifically, he waited until now to tell us that he's going to be doing demo on the upstairs part of the house and he isn't sure if we want to stay with a newborn while he's got people coming in and out and construction work going on. Well then what the literal fuck dude, don't demo the house you're renting, halfway through a lease? But when you rent a home from someone you're legally required within 30 days of written notice (we haven't been given any yet or anything) to vacate, regardless of everyone having signed the lease for a year. My boyfriend already told him to steer clear of me in the event that he's picking up rent or doing anything around the house. Apparently he expressed an interest in apologizing to me for the "inconvenience" and I'd like nothing better than to tell him to shove that apology right up his ass
