What is this?

So I posted this on the app and got stupid comments on it like, "you probably have the clap" well that isn't true because I've only had sex with one person in my life. And he came in me twice this month all during ovulation. And the little blob of red is concerning me. I just wanted a second opinion that makes sense. I've been down the road of thinking I might be pregnant. Just don't want to get my hopes up. Can someone try to help me out?
