How do I know how many DPO I am?🙄

You count from the day you ovulated. Do you use opks? Thats how i know.

Answer

Not thick, we all didn't know at some point. If you chart, you can tell. If you use BBT, you'd know which day is ovulation then you count from the day after. If you use OPK, the day following the positive test is assumed to be ovulation (actually glow will tell you if you log it) and the you count after that
