PCOS??

Question

I'm 4 months late . Doctor ran a blood and urine preg test . Both negative . He said I have pcos. Does anyone know anything about it ??? He put me on pills called provea and said it should force my Peroid I am now out of pills and still haven't gotten one . I'm scared that like I can never had kids again . Someone who has PCOS please help !!!

I was 6 months late and put on that medicine to start my period. After trying for 3 years all together, I lost 15 pounds and now my baby is due any day now. The best you can do is make lifestyle changes. Good luck! 💗

My story is pretty similar to Colleen's. We started trying Oct 2014 was diagnosed with pcos in January 2016. Was only having a period every 4 or so months. Metformin did not work for me. But I started excersizing and eating better and lost about 55 pounds. At that point my cycle regulated in December 2015 and I got my BFP in March 2016. I'm currently 14 weeks 3 days. Don't ever gove up. It is very possible to conceive with pcos. Good luck and baby dust.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in July 2015. I was out on medicine to induce a period ( I was 5 months late ). I was also put on metformin to help regulate my periods. I'm living proof that with eating better (many smaller portions) and losing some of my extra weight that you can get pregnant. My husband and I stopped preventing December 2014, I was diagnosed July 2015, lost 55 lbs and got my BFP on May 7th! Our little miracle is 11 weeks along now!! Keep your faith!!
