Rant/vent
So I need to let off some steam... Thanks in advance for taking time to read this...
why does everyone comment, and feel entitled to comment on a pregnant woman's body like she's not even in the room?
No one would ever say to a non pregnant woman "oh your face is swollen today" "you look so tired today"
I was at work for all of 5 minutes today when the followings conversation took place - about me but not including me...
Coworker 1 "she looks like she's ready to go right?"
Coworker 2 "yea you can tell by her eyes, they are puffy, her face has been changing lately"
Coworker 1 "yea and her eyes are red"
Here I interjected and said "actually it's my allergies, they are out of control and I'm not taking any allergy meds this season so my face is swollen from sinus pressure"
Both of them said, laughing with eachother - oh she doesn't know, we know it will be soon.
I said well everyone just needs to wait , I have another month.
They said well we've had kids before and we know, it will be soon.
It took all my strength not to scream!
