🤔Pregnacare Conception Pills!!?!?!

Hey y'all! 
Okay so I've seen some people talk about these pregnacare pills and was wondering if any one takes them and could tell me a little bit about them. I take the normal prenatal vitimans are they similar?

The pills are made by a company called vitabiotics, they make a similar supplement for men too. I have taken then daily for 2 years, they are fairly big and I have to snap them in half to swallow them. 
They are like all other supplements they come with the added benefit of having 400iu of folic in them too. 
Give them a try but be prepared for very yellow/ green pee after taking them. They must have something in them!

Personally don't mean to be negative but they made me feel sick everyday made me hardly sleep at night and very hormonal so stopped taking them xx
