Trying not to freak out... Respond please

I can't call my doctor until the morning. I looked it up online, and I know it's probably just my cervix being sensitive. But tonight I had sex (35 weeks), and I'm spotting blood. It's pinkish, not dark red, and it is lightening. I just need some peace of mind that it's normal. I'm also having some mild cramps, but nothing major. If those get more intense, I will go to L&D, but I don't want to make a trip to have them tell me that it's normal and send me home.
