pcos and getting pregnant help..

Well I have all most of the symtoms of PCOS I had blood tests done, and a ultra sound. No cysts, ovulation blood test came back normal, non diabetic... but have excess body hair, very irregular periods, skin breakouts... etc. I didn't have a period for 8 months then I lost some weight and started coming back. Passed 2 months I've been trying to conceive... I'm on cycle day 46 no period, Negative P.T. Never been on birth control before. I've never tried getting pregnant... any tips? I seen a doctor they only prescribed Provera... I've been taking prenatals for about 20 days now. No rude comments. I don't know much about any of this and was wondering if someone has same issues as me and how fast they got pregnant and/or what they have to do??? Thanks :)
