I'm just scared

Quite recently I broke up with my guy which I've been seeing for the past year, literally a week before we broke up we did it unprotected (stupid I know but that was our choice and we knew the risks taken into account so no hate comments please) honestly I didn't take any extra precautions cause I didn't have access. This was a month ago now and I've had my "period" but it was two days n super light since then I've had the worst pain in my abdomen area that has made me throw up from so much pain, right now I'm feeling the nausea which started giving me pain earlier. I have taken a test but it came back negative, no ones ever home so I can't get checked out but I was wondering if anyone had had this happen to them ?? Or if it may be something else. Sorry I've just been so out of it lately even falling asleep in class cause I can't get enough sleep I'm 17 if that helps too .. ??
