I almost bitch slapped my coworker

This grown woman in her 40's with a child my age had the nerve to try me today. Yes I am an over weight mom, however I just lost 90 Ibs before this pregnancy and this is our 3rd kid. I have Hypothyroidism and struggled with my weight my whole life. But yesterday I almost passed out because I had forgetten to eat the entire day, I mean everything went black and I couldnt hear thats how bad it was. So today i took the extra effort not to forget to eat. A coworker who was covering for us brought in a little Banana bread cake. 4 hours before, I ate a pastalito I took from home and some fruit that was cut up in the break room (I made the pastilitos for my brother, yesterday was his graduation). As I'm getting off my shift I grabbed the knife and decided to get me a little slice of cake (the cake is small, its only right to take a small slice). This coworker that has been there for all of 2 months decided to close the box and tell me I need to eat better and that I shouldn't hurt myself and my baby eating like this. (More specifically she stated "your hurting yourself and your baby". Mind you, this is the 1st time I've eaten at work or around her period because I requested really short shifts 2 months ago because I'm pregnant and do not deal with the stresses of work well. The urge to stab her with the knife was so strong, I grabbed the box cut my slice and told her my doctors says me and my babys health is just fine.

Sometimes I think people just think I'm getting fatter and not pregnant. Im 18 w + 1 by the way. By the way I gained a total of 6 Ibs since brong pregnant, my doctor said my weight gain is more than perfect. This is a pic I took a few days ago.

Why are people such assholes!!!

Update: Now that I'm thinking about it. A higher up came in 2 days ago and brought myself and my manager who is also pregnant a slice of pizza. This same asshole of a coworker asked my boss if she could have half of my slice as if I didn't need it...This bitch is really beside herself. I let her have the whole slice because why would my manager even come and ask me if she could if I'm pregnant and so is she. Like wtf...
