Fibroids During Pregnancy?

So I went to see my little munchkin on Monday and was told I have a 6cm fibroid next to him or her. OB decided it would be best to see a high risk specialists. Any other mommy's experiencing this too?  You can see the fibroid on the right of the baby almost as big as him or her. Should I be worried about how this will affect my pregnancy? Exactly 13 weeks today!

I have 4 fibroids one is 20cm I am currently 6 months no complication but you will experience a little pain mines is far from the baby but you will be fine the high risk doctor only moniter my fibroids. You will be fine here are some tips drink lots and lots of water, eat a lot of fruit and eat healthy it will help a lot being its very close to the baby it will grow and eating healthy help it from growing.

I have 6 fibroids... 1 the size of a large grapefruit on my right side and a 6 cm one in my birth canal... Only one small one is near the placenta.... I had heavy bleeding around 10 weeks because of the fibroids but I am now 31 & 1d and I haven't had anymore complications since then.... Sometimes the large one is uncomfortable. The highrisk can only monitor them... There's nothing else they can do besides that.....There are risks but for the most part the risks are low..... Good luck with everything!

I'm currently 34/4 with 3 fibroids all different sizes. I am seeing a specialist as well as my OB. No issues so far the specialist is just monitoring them as he progresses. They will grow because of the pregnancy hormones feeding them.
