questions regarding nexplanon plus loestrin

I had nexplanon inserted 2 months ago and have been bleeding since week 3. I just got loestrin today ($40, YIKES) and am wondering how long until the bleeding stops? I am so desperate for mess free sex 😩 also, has anyone experienced any side effects from loestrin paired with nexplanon? and am I gonna have to continue taking this for the remainder of my nexplanon? my prescription was for 3 months and no refills.
