Pregnancy Scare!

so i had unprotected sex with a guy ive crushed on for 6 yrs. i am 18. i havent been on birth control for 1yr now. I took plan be 1hr afterwards. It's been 14 days. a few days ago ive had a UTI. I got antibiotics for it & took a urine test. this evening i began spotting. I am 6 days away from my normal cycle. ive had no other pregnancy symptoms but still fear that i could be pregnant. If all turns out i do plan on taking birth control again. I was just wondering what my current symptoms seem to be sounding like & what the likelihood of me being pregnant are? Im also concerned w/ STDs such as chlamydia which have common sympotoms? i just need some input on what you think is possible happening.
