Leg cramps???

Does anyone else experience leg cramps? I haven't been noticing them during the day but at night I will get the most terrible calf cramp I have ever experienced. To the point it had me fall out of bed in pain once and my calf felt like a stone and my foot was practically frozen in place. I've NEVER had such a bad cramp. Left me sore the next day! Have experienced it a few times. Thought dehydrated but even when I drink water I get them!!
