FWB troubles

Okay ladies I need opinions! I've been hooking up with my FWB, for a year and one month now. It's just me and him, he doesn't sleep with anyone else & neither do I. We text every day and sometimes he calls me just because! Or just to tell me something. My birthday is this weekend and he got me a gift I saw the payment receipt and it was for $111.84. I'm beginning to wonder if he has feelings for me?? What do y'all think? I'm confused ☹
