Sickness and diarrhoea 35 - 36 weeks

Is it normal to have bad diarrhoea and sickness at this time.

I've been eating fine don't think it's something I've eaten maternity ward think that it's a bug they're not concerned as baby is moving fine really active but doesn't stop me from worrying.

Is anyone else going through this with it have irritability down there don't really know how to describe it its like pressure and light cramps. I also had a fever last night was up most the night I wasn't actually sick but nearly was a few times.
