So confused

I had a miscarriage followed by a d&c on May 31st. Lately I have been having a lot of discharge and STARVING. My boobs are starting to become sore too. I think it's too early to be pregnant again and the urjne tests are still showing positive but idk if it's still my left over hormones. I don't see my doc until July 12th...I didn't even get my period yet. Has anyone gotten pregnant this close after a miscarriage?
