Things my MIL does!! Long sorry

(I edited somethings in)

Ok so she's not my MIL but I have been with my bf for 7 years in aug so when I talk about her I refer to her has my MIL.

Little back story:

2009 me and my boyfriend got together we were living with my father we both were 18; my boyfriend got a job in 2010 working at the Costco warehouse September of 2012 my boyfriend's mom was living with her son, her sister and her husband... They got kicked out and had nowhere to go so my father said they can stay for a little bit with us until they find a place of Their Own... February 14th 2013 we found out we were pregnant with our son, that's when we decided that we were going to get our own place. Living in California finding a place was not as easy as we thought it would be... rent was too high with bills on top of that. His mom had agreed to get a place with us to help pay bills until we got our own place... About a month or two down the line I find out that she got fired from her job and to pile on that my dad was getting married and moving away so we needed to find a place asap. when we confronted her she kept reassuring us that she's going to get unemployment that she would still be able to help pay the bills. After moving out March of 2013 we were paying $800... so half and half she started getting unemployment not to long after; but only 4 months later after paying only 4 months rent she couldn't afford to pay half the rent anymore because something happened with the government. so we had to do it by ourselves; October 2013 we had our son and was paying all the bills on our own with her not having a job, her son not having a job and trying to take care of a nb it caused fights because we were always broke. We Found out later her unemployment had stopped completely so it still left me and my boyfriend paying all the bills. I got a job when my son was 5 months old to help pay bills, she stayed home and watch him while I was at work. It caused a lot of fights because instead of her finding a job she would sleep all day everyday except when she would watch my son; finally I quit my job 6 months down the line to move to pa to be with my mom after a montb i moved back. Because She finally got a job and her other son got a job2 1/2 years later(a few months ago)...which took alot of stress off us.

Ok now to what makes me done!!

I had my son back in 2013 and ever since I had him she feel's a sense of entitlement with him. I started to work when he was 5 months old(she didn't have a job)I would put what I wanted him to eat for lunch like sweet potatoes, bananas and a dessert and would tell her I want him to have his veggie, then fruit THEN treat. Becuase I didn't want him to favor the sweets over his veggies.

when I would get home she would have given him the fruit and dessert never the veggie, No matter how much I would tell her. So I started just putting veggies out and hiding the fruit. When she confronted me about it I told her what I told her before and she said "I'm grandma I can give him what I want when I watch him" and just for that comment I switched schedule's and worked at night so I was home with him during the day till his dad got home. She didn't like that very much.

Fast foward to today...

He is almost 3 in oct. When he started talking he would accidentaly call her mama instead of "ama" and she would answer I would let it slide, after a while it started to bug me and I finally corrected her and told her to not answer and correct him when he would call her mama; she started to do it... Then one day he was yelling for me and everytime she would answer; i got frustrated and yelled "hes not talking to you he is saying mommy and your not his mommy" she yell's back "I couldn't hear him" i said "that's because he wasn't talking to you and how could you not hear him he's right next to your door" a few days later she tells me "I think its funny that you get offended when I answer him when he says mommy" that pissed me off so I said "that's because you're not, you answer him when he is clearly not talking to you and is saying mommy" she said when you hear "mom" your whole life it's a habit. I told her "its different when the voice is higher pitched and you can tell who is talking, i have been calles mom for almost 3 years... do I ever answer nate(bf) when he says mom? No that because I know who is talking".

Fast foward again:

Every morning when she wakes up she will walk out knowing damn well I had fed my son; she will ask him "have you eaten yet? are you hungry?" I would tell her everytime that he has already eaten. Lunch time comes around she will come out and see that I had made him lunch, leave and come back with food for him.

Like for example yesterday I made spaghetti and she seen it on the table, left and came back with kfc and asked if he was hungry. It's like wtf really? I told her I made him lunch and she clearly seen it. later that day she asked if she could use the car so her and brayden could go to kmart. I told her he has to eat first it was almost 7; she was gonna wait but my bf said just to let them go cause their only going to kmart(which i knew was bull)I told her just to kmart and back(she has a habit of leaving and saying she's come back but doesn't till hrs later or the next day)She leaves at 7pm and I don't hear from her till 9pm when i text her and asked where she was at after calling a few times. She finally txt back and said "I'm at mcdonalds". That pissed me off and it started a fight with my bf because i had Dinner already done and waiting, shes gone for hrs and takes him to McDonald's instead.

I had my daughter on the 31st and she has asks if i need help and i tell her no everytime. I hand my bf our daughter and walk away(because he is dad and needs to help) I'll come walking down the hallway and she will be walking out holding her. Im like ok I gave her to you because you need to hold and feed our daughter not your mom.

Some are gonna read this and think "wth she's only trying to help, take it when you can get it" but with our history you would understand why I don't want her to help.

My bf is gonna clear his credit so we can buy a house and move out. But im stuck with her until then. But omg I wanna scream!!
