Tips to help go into labor?!

38 weeks and so over it! Tips to help Jump start labor?!?!

If you find something that actually works let me know. I've tried walking, sex, and eating pineapple. Someone told me to use an exercise ball for a few hours and it should help and I have multiple people telling me castor oil. Which I give a firm hell no to.

Nipple stimulation can help. But if you're not dilated or effaced yet, it'd be hard to jump start. And as far as the pineapple goes, you have to eat like 7 whole pineapples. Not worth it. And neither is Castor oil.

I've tried everything also I just keep dilating that's it I want my water to break... I tried dancing to upbeat music (lady gaga- just dance and poker face) jogging, walking for 1 and a half hours, sex, epo, rrlt, bouncing on a birthing ball, I even tried castor oil (not the amount they recommend less than that) running up and down stairs, jump roping, and pineapple and nothing just dilation, parts of my mucus plus comes out (no bloody show), and contractions that's not constant... I guess they right when they say babies come when they want too ugh

Not sure if anything really works.
Though 60% of babies born w/i one week of due date... 90% w/i 2 weeks. So you are def at the "any day now" point
