Dog question

Li
I really didn't know which category to put this in, but here goes.
I have an almost 2 year old boxer-pit bull mix. For the past 2-3 weeks, she has gotten incredibly clingy. As in, the second I get home from work, she is touching me. And she is continually laying on me, pawing at me, whining at me, and touching me until I go to bed (she doesn't sleep with us). I have googled and I can't find why she is suddenly acting this way. It's gotten to the point where it's really annoying. I love dog snuggles, but I don't like that I can't even watch a 20 minute tv show without her climbing all over me and whining because I'm not looking at her.
I'm her sole caretaker, she's not hungry, and I take her to the bathroom every 4 hours. She's not in any visible pain, no ear infection, no fever, nothing. Do any of y'all have an idea why she might behave like this? I don't understand it. Is it just separation anxiety?
